@Belwas: I was just going to comment about Waltz for Venus. That's one of my favorites as well.
Dan Slott seems to be one of the few guys who can write a legitimate "all-ages" book that is entertaining for kids and adults. Morrison writes good comic, but I think it would be indecipherable to most kids (hell, they almost are to me.) Jason Aaron pretty much rocks, too. Outside of those guys, there aren't too…
Agreed. Glover's voice is PERFECT for the role.
Goodfellas
Harry Nilsson's "Jump into the Fire" during the helicopter scene. Awesome.
Argh. Server problems at work double post. Fuck.
I like McKellan, but Rutger Hauer would have made an awesome Magneto in the X-Men movies. He's a lot more intimidating.

Season 5
Season 5 is a massive step up from 4, in my opinion. Frank Vincent, Loggia and Buscemi are some of my favorite supporting characters. What's the consensus around here?
Shirley Walker
The score for The Laughing Fish might be my favorite of the series. That is some creepy shit.
Dick Gregory gave our commencement speech. He did a great job, to be honest. He also threw in some KKK jokes about being surrounded by white guys in robes.
Agreed. Sisto and Anderson weren't too shabby either.
Moriarty was awesome. Waterston went over the top all the time, Moriarty dialed it down and seemed like he could have been an actual attorney. Honestly, my dream cast is probably just the first season cast when Dzundza and Noth were the cops. That is a hell of a lot of good actors.
Clayface Episodes
They really brought it for Clayface episodes. Every single one is a classic. (I'm ignoring his segment in the New Adventures of Batman and Robin holiday special.) He even had one of the best post-design change episodes.
Johnny Cakes?
They were eating the gay Morgan Spurlock from Sopranos for breakfast?
He was born to draw Spider-Man. I think Slott may have been born to write Spider-Man, too. Their love of the character really comes through when they work together.
Agreed on all counts. Love Hackman, love the score. It's my favorite Coppola film. Also, John Cazale!
Rank Em
1. Two-Face
2. Feat of Clay
3. Robin's Reckoning
4. The Demon's Quest
5. Shadow of the Bat
6. Heart of Steel
7. The Cat and the Claw
Batman Beatdown
I love the scene where Batman casually crushes the hand of Two-Face's one henchman. Just bad ass.
The maze episode is the first appearance of John Glover's awesome Riddler: "If You're So Smart Why Aren't You Rich?" It's significantly better than this one.
