Boss Biggis ties Sewer King as the worst villain in the series, in my opinion. Also down there is that evil red neck farmer guy from the Steve Gerber penned episode "Critters"

Even as a kid I thought this one was kind of lame. The plot is definitely Saturday Morning Cartoon, the Joker isn't scary or threatening, and as everyone has said the music was definitely a rare misstep for Shirley Walker.
