"It's like blue balls… in the Necronomicon!"

Please don't. Vince Vaughn's character was so bad in Season 2 that I never want to be reminded this wasn't a one-time miniseries ever again.

I'm pretty sure there were a few episodes in Season 2 where Vince Vaughn's character Frankie Badguy was citing all of Pizzolatto's homages, but no one could be bothered to pay attention to one word of it.

It wasn't rape, it was sexual slavery, and more importantly, it was never advocating it. It was contextualized as part of the pirates' siege of the town; they also abuse alcohol, waterboard the mayor, sleep in pig shit, and eventually set the whole town on fire.

Once a Twin Peaks pastiche, always a Twin Peaks pastiche.

But should they, or anyone else for that matter, complain about everything?

Kev - Ann - baking -you're - quite - good - in a van down by the river!

Nomi would be proud.

Oh, come on. Why does a "Best Of" have 45 titles listed?

NO I'M NOT! I'M NOT ALWAYS "UP IN ARMS" ABOUT SOMETHING!

Would you two stop saying "Gammy" so much?

"Kids didn't care much for the taste of dried onion meal, but they loved the doll."

And it has _______ words for _______.

Gotta light?

Those ubiquitous songs are usually the cheapest to license, at least by my unfounded conjecture. I always felt that "Wild Thing" must be the cheapest song in existence.

Huh. I always read it the opposite, the doppelgänger issue notwithstanding; since by that point we're in the supernatural ether, the idea that Leland was possessed by an accountable Lodge resident in BOB makes Leland's culpability suspect.
