"alongside twee-poppers like Pomplamoose and The Bird And The Bee, who apparently had some downtime between car commercials."

They agreed to change to Knights In Santa's Service, and all was well in the world

In KISSland, it's always somebody else's fault.

Okay, I may have missed something or not reached a point in the comics where this has been explained yet… but what's the deal with the continuity between the series, IWTB, and season 10? In the movie, Scully keeps her name and isn't particularly hard to find, but in the first few issues of season 10 (the only ones

I've seen some of Lorde's live performances and a lot of her movements remind me a lot of Alanis in the mid/late 90's, when she would really get into the music and feel it without caring how weird/silly she looked. Then again, a lot of people seem to be put off by that sort of thing, unfortunately.

It is quite a good album. Much more of a straight-forward pop album than the one before it, but for something that she wrote (and produced, if I remember correctly) entirely herself, she did a good job

She's actually really talented, and it's a shame people are only familiar with her (admittedly VERY overplayed) handful of singles from Jagged Little Pill. I think her best work is Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie, Flavors Of Entanglement, and the lesser known tracks on JLP. Everything else she has done has ranged

I went through a phase a few years ago where I had a crush on her. I always thought I was weird for it since most of what I've read online is just people making fun of her and her appearance, but I'm glad I wasn't alone.

I was thinking more along the lines of Mark McGrath dressing as one of the Salamanca twins from Breaking Bad for halloween

For a dude who has been in two bands where the frontmen (also good friends of his) died by overdose/suicide, I'd say Pat is in pretty good shape nowadays. Or maybe he's just a broken man who smiles and acts sassy because he's insane? who knows

Everybody seems to jump to "The Colour And The Shape" as the quintessential Foo Fighters album, but I agree with you about the filler aspect. Some of the songs on that album just don't do it for me in the way that the songs on the debut album do. Also, it is sort of an overproduced album in some aspects.

shit, I'd love to contribute to this string of comments but I'm too exhausted.

Maybe I don't know what great acting is, but I felt like Zamata overacted in both the dancing sketch and the Jones/Rock sketch

Moynihan is pretty good too, as well as Taran. In all honesty, only a handful of members at the moment are truly disposable, and the ones who aren't great have their strengths that could really shine when played to. That's just the issue, the writers seem to have a hard time playing to everyone's strengths and tying

Exactly, both Jones and Rock flubbed a few lines and didn't quite seem to sell the sketch, but it was far from a meltdown. It didn't help that the audience didn't seem to know how to react, and kept quiet during most of the sketch.

yeah, that was annoying as shit. Every episode that Krycek appeared in, I thought to myself, "is he going to get killed in this one?"

I was going to come in here and make some snide comment about how a lot of their output since the mid 90's has been boring, but I read the article and remembered the things I DO love about the band, music aside. PJ20 was a wonderful documentary as well.

now we're talking.

It's sort of hard to forget Jeremiah Smith though, the actor is a striking look dude

Please, tell me where you frequent that ISN'T full of people talking shit about Foo Fighters, because I'd love to go there.
