I look forward to that one, too. There's a few coming up down the line that I'm excited to talk about.

Ugh.

Agree wholeheartedly on this. I love the conversations that have sprung up in these comment sections thanks to the themes this show covers.

That one was on MeTV recently. I like that episode, too-and I agree with you on the twist. It's a great play on that old trope. And the future version of herself looks freaking terrifying on her horse up high in the hills and screaming. I look forward to discussing that episode down the line.

This is a good point, too.

That makes sense.

This is true. But yeah, once his wife sees how he treats her daughter she's seriously at least thinking, "I'm so done with you." Or "You're insane." Or both.

That's a good point, too, objecting to the sorts of things someone read (and I'd probably raise an eyebrow if my husband were reading stuff like that, too). In the case of the guy in the "Twilight Zone" episode noted, though, he just liked reading any and everything he could get his hands on just 'cause he had an

It's freaky sometimes to realize that these ideas were just starting to change only a mere decade or so before I was born. I remember hearing something once about a school that still was segregated in many respects in 1979 and it threw me. On one level, of course, I'm not surprised to hear how long it's taken some of

I fully support this idea.

Oh, yes, we went into some detail of Manifest Destiny and the Trail of Tears and such in school. I remember our class writing essays on our thoughts regarding the Manifest Destiny concept and other ideas similar to it.

It's been a long time since I've seen this episode, too, but from what I recall of it, that last sentence, yeah, that's kind of what I think they were trying to go for there. These people had misplaced sympathies, they were reckless and made dumb decisions as a result, and they paid for their stupidity in the worst

If I wanted to hear a decrepit millionaire bitch about ungrateful trophy wives I'd follow Trump's twitter feed and filter out the Obama stuff.

I never understood why she was that bugged about her husband reading. I can see where him reading at work when he's supposed to do his job would irritate his boss, certainly, and I can even see his wife sitting there watching him with a book and wishing he'd take her out to dinner every so often or something instead.

First one that came to my mind, too. Again, though, there are occasional hints throughout that one that they did have a happier life together at one point before all the shit hit the fan. I like that episode, though-not sure what that might say about me, but eh.

I love that one, too. I've had that song stuck in my head the last couple days thanks to all the discussion about him on here, too.

Okay, I need to watch this now. Thanks to you and Persia for mentioning it.

I'd never heard of that until now.

My mom saw him open up for them once, too.

Koalas are so freaking cute it's unreal.
