Throughout the episode, I was just thinking "This is Hancock without Wil Smith's insouciant charm.  Also without the action."  Then they stole Low-Key's death from American Gods and I was done.  Phil is usually out of left field on Supernatural, but his observation that the writers phoned it in was spot on.
