Interesting that he admits he's not from the PJs (the projects) but also says he's a member of the kids from the inner city. As far as I know, they're from Amityville, Long Island. It's certainly not Beverly Hills, but it's not the "inner city". Weird.

Dude I'm almost with you. But Fear of a Black Planet is the true forgotten sample based album in the trinity. It's like Nation Of Millions on steroids.

I'm not really a black metal guy, but Nachtmystium's Black Meddle Part I is amazing.  It's black metal crossed with Pink Floyd and saxophones.  I'm a sucker for stuff that crosses genre and is a little proggy.  Psyched for the new one.

I'm a little worried about it, but am totally excited to hear it.  They've got enough good will with me that I'm willing to go along for whatever ride they have planned.  Still waiting to catch them live (hopefully on a headlining tour).

I think Royal Thunder is closer in spirit to Christian Mistress.  I like them both, though I think they're a TAD over hyped.  Still, real solid and enjoyable albums.
