I'd say "jinx," but the time tags make it very clear that you beat me to this.

I'd always thought the song was told from the point of view of Sarah's loved one as she died. My main proof was references to being in the waiting room. Upon rereading the lyrics, it looks more ambiguous than I'd thought, and the singer could be referring to his loved ones in the waiting room.
After saying anyone could be a stalker Williamson went on to prove it on Twitter.
Your comment about how, if Giffany is sentient/self-aware, it's not cool to pause her, reminded me why I *despise* the Doctor Who episode "Love & Monsters." And now, in an effort not to get too off-topic, I will admit that I did not get the joke about Giffany's name until Soos admitted he wasn't sure if it was…

I don't know how it would continue for multiple cycles (what would the Dark Avatar's role be?), but I see it as an interesting set-up for Book 3.
My prediction is that balance will be restored by Vaatu merging with a human and creating a dark Avatar.
I know! That was so unsettling. And Bolin becoming creepy in addition to stupid was painful.
So wishes might come with a literal string attached? How poorly phrased would a wish have to be to bring Cyrus back, but hanging from a tree? These wishes seem kind of crappy and thus not very valuable as payment…
I feel that, this season, the show is lacking heart/soul. I understand what they are going for with the plot and character arcs, but they fail in execution. Korra's negative character traits have been exaggerated, Bolin's innocence has been pushed to stupidity, Asami's shrewdness seems to have disappeared (I get…
Bolin also grew up on the streets and was forced to work with gangs to survive. I'm pretty sure he knows how to bribe. I found that sequence insulting to his character because the Bolin of S1 would have known how to bribe, but would have chosen not to because he is above that. S2 Bolin is friggin' stupid.
Exactly. I heard that and thought "ok, so they're going to do a 'people question the Avatar's authority' story now," which I would be fine with. Korra needs to learn that being the Avatar doesn't mean she can impose her will and worldview on people. But everyone was cool with it.
I don't know. Tonraq tells her not to do anything rash because the North would spank the South. After she does her rash thing, he doesn't point out her rashness, but instead says that the South can hold off the North long enough for Korra to get the United Republic of Nations to help. Where was that option when he…
Last year, people called Korra out when she did things that she thought was right, but could be interpreted in other ways. She's impulsive and aggressive, and doesn't always think things through, and this was treated as problematic last year.
"It Gets Better" by fun.
They wanted a new female friend for Veronica.
"Are you praying to me? I'm into that."
I like Girls and I liked this episode. That is all.
I found the color-of-the-rice joke much funnier than it had any right to be.
It was done so ironically. Everyone knows The Simpsons is played out.
