Goes deeper than that- he's basically Tobias Whale.

Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.

And Inside Amy Schumer! Lots of good stuff in the future.

I know- some of the best episodes are in Seasons 5 and 6 and we barely got any Myra.

Also Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I'm pretty sure Uncle Phil showed up on Carl's show.

Fighting alongside guerilla rebels, I'd imagine.

Exactly- he's a bit of a momma's boy but otherwise pleasant.

That'd be tough. Those guys are owned by a different company. Disney got the Muppets, everybody else but Sesame Street is owned by the Henson Company. That's why they cut the Kermit segments out of the Emmett Otter DVD and haven't put out a Muppet Family Christmas DVD in years, even though everybody wants one.

I always thought it was "How much for a producer credit?"

"Same basic idea- you want it to go up and down and how fast you want it to go."

I feel like they'd go for a digital platform next, maybe get some OITNB guest stars. That or start their own niche channel.

"I'm meeting you halfway, you dirty hippies!"

ABM- Always be Muppety. Always. Be. Muppety.

The issue as I see it is that it's so different from Sam's normal behavior. He's usually above such personal connections, so to see him be so vulnerable and unconfident is off-putting. He needs to either directly ask her out or get shot down publically.

Maybe the films are just Walter's dream. Sort of a Mupp-inception, if you will.

I don't think it's the direction that's the problem as it's the show still has some rough edges. It's been almost 20 years since the last weekly show with Muppets that wasn't aimed specifically towards younger audiences so they're still figuring out how to find the right balance again.

He was more than a gargoyle- he was the Phantom of the Muppet Theater, if I remember correctly. But yeah, he's otherwise only had small roles until recently.

Bobo's past is definitely going to come back at some point. Unless he's lying about everything, for whatever reason- I wouldn't put it past him.

So I guess this Kermit could sing "Rainbow Connection". This was a good one, addressed a lot of the issues people have been having with the show- Kermit wasn't much of a jerk, none of the main characters got overused and the more secondary characters got some decent screen time.
