Not dark enough in some places though. George's storyline needed a bit of dust, to tie it into everything else better. I think 'The Dust' would've been a better title, though it admittedly may be too on the nose.

It definitely has all the beats of a Seinfeld monologue- I don't know if Jerry would ever use that topic though.

It needs some tightening up (especially in the visual gags) and as I mention below. the ending doesn't really satisfy. Otherwise, very well written (especially Jerry's plotline).

Funny enough, that was my first thought as well.

The problem with that storyline (for me, at least) is that it fizzled out. Needed a little more time devoted to it or some slight changes to the ending.

No, his friend that got taken away by the guys in suits does. Kramer wasn't too sure about that one.

I believe Lee and Kirby appeared in (separate) issues of Millie the Model (which was Marvel's answer to Archie Comics- that's why I'm saying it here).

Fred Hembeck has an interesting story about this (actually has to do with Fred Hembeck Destroys the Marvel Universe but you'll see what I mean).

Bob Rozakis was the writer, I remember that much. It was it in the World's Funnest collection they put out a couple months ago.

There was a one page Bat-Mite story in the last Brave and The Bold. Len Wein erased him …

They were (in both senses).

Kirby did something like that with Funky Flashman and Houseroy in Mister Miracle.

The whole thing was a Hostess ad (or a dream within a dream within a dream (might be another couple more in there) of one).

Loved that one.

From what I've heard, it was hard to find someone at Marvel who didn't.

Speaking of Keith Giffen creations, Lobo met up with Giffen in one of the issues in his series (think it was the 50th).

"Behold!"

He didn't really expect to get another season anyway but that would have been cool.

I saw it more as "What If nothing bad ever happened to Spider-Man?"

Speaking of Gerber …
