My school assigned both Lockie Leonard and Cloudstreet (Year 8 and Year 12). I have no idea why they decided to be so cruel but Cloudstreet is the only assigned reading that I couldn't finish.

I don't feel that way because the real Alaric, if Ester is to be beleived, could well be gone for good and that should be mourned.

Ignoring Daniel's phone calls that isn't actually that suss though. All you need to say is "I didn't want to talk after your phone call earlier" or "I needed to calm down, I didn't want to get into another fight".

I was a bit cynical at the start of Jess and Nick's fight thinking "oh they're gonna have a rediculous fight just like Russell and Ouli because they have "passion", pfft". But then they actually did have sparks flying and their nonsensical fight ("this is my only face")  totally worked for me.

I do think they looked pretty happy together in that scene, but the Winston can't shut up about Shelby part came a bit out of nowhere for me.

I loved this. Usually when shows have a lot of awesome characters brought in at the same time it feels crammed in, but this was perfect. I was giggling delightedly throughout many scenes.

They also produce "Debunking Enigmas of the Mystical" and save time by just rearranging the words a little.

I'm also agreeing about Kalinda calling. In fact I was anticipating it and hoping Alicia wouldn't ignore Kalinda's call.

Nah, you avoid taking cases where the evidence is clearly against you to court in the first place. You work out pleas and discuss pleading guilty etc. Not every client will do what's in their likely best interests but many will. Also, beyond a reasonable doubt is a high standard (even if it sometimes feels with some

The dog's motives are ambiguous. He could be trying to provide moral support for the revenge plot through his visits. Or he's a Jack/Emily shipper like Nolan.

Yeah, I don't want to be that guy either but everytime I hear or read "could care less" I cringe. I try not to point out things like that due to my own regular typos and poor editing, but I still cringe.

Well Lily was a bit of a bitch but she did care about Veronica. I can imagine her warning Veronica if her life was in danger whilst still being in a pissy mood with her.

While I agree that the coffee was too hot aspect doesn't hold up, I don't agree that her behaviour was foolish and McDonald's had no responsibility. While parked and in the passenger seat the lady opened the cup to add in the cream etc. Adding these condiments to coffee is widespread and easy to anticipate. The cup

I don't think it was particularly clear. Marshall's explanation for thinking it was laced was he wasn't paranoid - except he clearly was. That doesn't mean it wasn't laced though, and perhaps their behaviour indicates it was. Other options are Archmage's suggestion the writters have a poor drug understanding, or Ted

Well Jake is meant to be the oldest out of all of them, being dead Nick's older brother. I can't account for the rest of them though.

Is Brothers and Sisters still going? They had gay parents.

I thought he gave the diary to prove to Amanda that he didn't do it by showing how he was set up. I think that he would've hated the thought that his daughter might think he'd done it, because of the seemingly overwhelming evidence and being told he had for so long. Amanda turned that into a "roadmap for revenge", but

Even if they did the character development for Tyler retrospectively I think I'd still go with my first impression of Tyler being a douche. If it revealed that Daniel beat him up in primary school, ran over his puppy, told him he loved him and then took it back, and stole his scholarship I still wouldn't like him.

I was going for the in-love-with Daniel angle last week, but this week he didn't even feel like he particularly liked Daniel. The enabling helps him look responsible and Daniel look like a flake, so he can steal opportunities Daniel would normally get due to nepotism. I'm going to agree with sandwoman's faking being

Hmm, I'd say he's above average but there's more than just his looks he's fresh meat for these poor suburban women who supposedly don't have a lot a reasonable options due to being trapped in suburbia.
