I was a bit cynical at the start of Jess and Nick's fight thinking "oh they're gonna have a rediculous fight just like Russell and Ouli because they have "passion", pfft". But then they actually did have sparks flying and their nonsensical fight ("this is my only face")  totally worked for me.

I do think they looked pretty happy together in that scene, but the Winston can't shut up about Shelby part came a bit out of nowhere for me.

I loved this. Usually when shows have a lot of awesome characters brought in at the same time it feels crammed in, but this was perfect. I was giggling delightedly throughout many scenes.

Even if they did the character development for Tyler retrospectively I think I'd still go with my first impression of Tyler being a douche.
