One thing I've noticed so far with a lot of repeat guests is that their first appearance is way more enjoyable. Is that a consistent trend?

I remember being baffled they didn't mention Rafflecast during the plugs. They should have snuck something in there…

I actually enjoyed the increased tension in Improv4humans. Sean Conroy walking into the room in a middle of a scene was fantastic.

I've heard all of his but the Bizarro one, which sounds like it'll be funnier when I'm more familiar with the show.

I liked both episodes this week but I think that one will be a STRONG contender for top ten.

I'm a new fan of Who Charted and I've seen discussion in the comments here that it hasn't been the same lately…. Can anyone recommend some good episodes? I've listened to most of the Paul F Tompkins episodes, Jessica St Clair and Weird Al…. and a bunch more, but I know someone will recommend those for sure.

It took a second viewing to see how horrid Sophie is in these early episodes, but I knew Jeff was a bastard from the second he smirked after finding Mark in the closet.

Hans is about half the episodes, unlike the rest of the characters mentioned, and he almost always has a meaty part when he does show up. He's more of a half Kramer in my book.

My second go through the series I noticed this. It's VERY apparent in the way she plays Sophie. The first series it's a little easier to overlook, but it's clearly there by the first episode of series 2.

Every male I know of my generation is Mark, Jez, a quantifiable combo of the two, and sometimes the rare Super Hans or Johnson.

I was planning or rewatching series 8 tonight. I might still do that. seeing as I've seen the other 7 series at least three times each…

I think Ice T is used best when paired with another character. I like him well enough on his own, but when paired up with Huell or Ventura, he's probably my favorite Tompkins creation.

I don't think there's ever been more than two good X books on the shelves at once, and almost all the new ones have at least one creator attached I really like. Just when I think I'm done with Marvel they pull me back in…

The Awesome Show vibe never bothers me on Kroll Show, but it does on Portlandia.

I might have a spare I'd be willing to sell for a reasonable price.

Hey wait!

Two parts got me to me on this reading. Matthew's speech and Hob sucker-punching the centaur.

One reason I'm glad that this is being added: it's one of the few podcasts I try to keep up/plan to catch up with completely and it's the only one that I feel like I sometimes don't properly appreciate. It demands a higher degree of concentration than most podcasts and if I'm not having a good day it goes by in a blur

All of the dialogue on the League is improvised.

I remember liking a good deal of the sixth season, but the Valentine's episode was as bad as the worst of season 4.
