Allred and the Hernandez brothers are the only artists I can think of that I follow blindly to any project. I love the art as it is, but I wish Allred could have done more Sandman.

AVClub comic reviews tend to focus on first issues. I'm sure that's why there's hardly any DC.

After that you can either go more lo fi with Propeller, or take the plunge into slick rock with Isolated Drills.

Doug does not hold up. Aaahh Real Monsters! didn't either. Rocko does, but it took about half a season to get good. I can't bring myself to watch old Rugrats any more. They may very well still be good but the Dil years soured me for good. I haven't tried this show yet, but have been considering it.
