Tequila (good, not Jose C) is fantastic with club soda and grapefruit juice!!

Isn't hummus on sandwiches fairly common now? I'm thinking Panera does that, but maybe not…

@avclub-58deef2e771fccf51741836cedecf5e8:disqus  - at that age, a homemade meatloaf would have certainly impressed me.

Cosi is pretty damn great.  Potbelly is very good too, but I think they have the wrong name… I have this 'psychological block' or whatever, 'cause, well, I don't want one (a pot-belly).  Should have consulted Sterling Cooper, specifically Draper, on that name.

I delivered sandwiches at the second-ever Jimmy John's in Urbana IL for 3 days. The  manager hillbilly lady had NO idea how to route deliveries, so I was making zero $.  We got in a fight, I called her a toothless loser or something to that effect and walked out.

Definitely yes.  As Aymanut points out above, she's not impossibly TV hot though.  I'd bet if Anna Gunn and the woman who plays her sister (blanking, lazy) walked into your local pub, I'd guess the reaction would be Anna = HOT, the other one = please someone get this poor woman a guiness and a cheesburger before she

Cool Whip is liked foamy vinyl.  What's wrong with real whipped cream?

I found out Elliot Smith also had Ferdinand on his right shoulder, so maybe it's an homage or something?

@avclub-5fac3b94b824f684ad1f8bd355b20295:disqus  or anybody - Have i made a mistake, or is Justified not on Netflix instant? I was going to get into it yesterday, only to find it doesn't appear to be on there… is this an FX thing?

Thanks for keeping "Bitch 23" in the AVC lexicon. ;)

@avclub-3be42d8a3412057f79af152555e39bd4:disqus  - hey it worked! cool.  works for E. Buzz too I assume.

@JudgeReinhold:disqus  strongly suggest Nordstrom Rack if you have one near you. You can get $500 - $800 suits for $175 - $250. If that's still too rich, or you need to get several quick, the Men's Wearhouse is ok, or go to a Banana Republic outlet store and you can do the separates thing.  BR outlet probably slimmest

@K. Thrace - (why doesn't the pop-up thingy work?)  That is truly awesome.

This is a total downer, but I'll share - I LOVED my house, I spent literally thousands of hours adding about 50% more space to it over 13+ years, remodeled everything etc. Big part of the attachment was watching my family grow up and expand - daughter was 4, son #1 was 1, and the little guy was born there.  (sigh)

@avclub-6a2ec3076bb494e5c64eb1a422d9fe3d:disqus  that is awesome.

I secretly (maybe not so secretly) LOVE being in better shape at 46 than I was in my late-twenties-through-early forties!

Trapeze and kayaking sound great.  I just grouponed a 30-day boxing gym membership, but I can't start until around mid-Feb. because of stupid fruity work

@avclub-d019eb089e65903455cc52308f00b997:disqus  - regarding mood swings, working out makes it much better for me.  I'm in a LOT of turmoil right now, to the point of being on the verge of crying daily (which never happened my first 45 yrs on the planet), and working out really helps me get through and stabilize

At the risk of sounding like a pansy - suggest joining a gym with exercise classess.  The better ones have weight lifting (Group Power - low weight, very high reps - will whip your ass into shape in 6-8 weeks), kick boxing etc.  When you don't feel like working out (me = 80% of the time), just get in the door, get

46 and still going strong thankfully. I'm good until about 8-10 drinks. At least I still have that (sighs)
