Anytime this "band" pops up in conversation, which thankfully is not that often, I start singing that "3/2008,  2000 and late" part, usually gets a laugh, then we move on with our day/evening.

It was the Uma Oprah year I think ( he was only invited once, right?), but it was not about Dave.  It was his holier-than-mere-host attitude. yuck.

I have a buddy who's been a PA forever. I really enjoy talking technical merits and such with him, but we do differ on a lot of films b/c he is appreciating a different aspect, i guess, and I just can't get over shitty story telling, characters, etc. in service of the other bits.
