professor cb - I have to disagree.  I can't imagine the experience would have been any different in 2D.  3D basically does nothing for me after the initial "shiny object" thing wears off after about 2 mins.

UNRELATED:  did anyone see the new Mission Impossible? On the strength of the AVC's A- rating, I took a chance (primarily for my young sons).  HOW IN HELL is this an A-?  Cruise is just plain weird, the character is weak, and the writing is clumsy.  This is a C movie.
