So, so, so awesome. Kind of song that makes you want to buy and learn to play a piano.

Groovy cat, great band, good nerds. (and one rockstar- Pete Buck)
that's "decades"
I watched The Office the last couple of eps. Not like the old days, but there is still a lot of good stuff going on there - still MUCH better than 90% of the "comedy" out there. Andy is still funny and Robert California is great.
I'm going to start using "Jesus Christo" immediately. Thanks.
So, Stephen Austin, was he, you know, on the right track with his "compliment"? Er, do you ride your bike a lot?
it is an indictment, but there radio love in it too - "Begin the day with a friendly voice…" smokin' guitar lick too and good solo (sound is too thin on it though - the solo I mean)
I never thought about it, but that tone is pretty cool. Not too "metal" - has enough straight-ahead rock sound to have some depth.
Suburbs are practical, but boring, safe, but not really. the goddamn suicides at the middle- and high-school level are frightening.
who is that? looks like mick mars, but I don't think it is (cheap Randall amps usually signify a lower-tier band) (not that motley crue isn't 'low tier")
hated this when it came out, too many synths, "clean" production, seemed to de-rock Rush, but it really grows on you. synths and production style really reinforce the lyrics/messaging. good article.
Having been very meh on Coldplay, Martin did some redeemin' on Stern this week. He was cool and is talented. Won't really change my mind on CP, but at least he's not the turd I imagined him to be.
"ska-punk". ugh. let's be a little less douchey, in honor of our veterans.
My brother claims 90% of all pro-bowlers have been raped by a coach.
"Penn Stater". Do you really think that means anything? As a grad from a Big 10 school, I don't identify with any of that crap. There is no big school "identity" it's just a degree factory.
wait, you're claiming the crash was 'awesome' and 'plain' in the same sentence. take a side man.
uhh, well, except that…. no it's not.
What's this "aversion" to Jonah Hill? He's actually pretty great in everything I've seen, esp. Get Him to the Greek*
generally yes, but that was pretty funny…
In white upper middle class suburbia, it's pre-teen girls and their moms, sometimes their little brothers, and occasionally the dad. Once the pre-teen girls become teenagers, they tend to move on, but then the rest of the family is kind of hooked.
