This will sound terrible, but that is direct result of a woman commenting on a car.  The Beetle is pretty cool, very well made, etc.  PT Cruiser is nothing that a Beetle is.

agree w point #1.  I think #2 is a little of a stretch, but don't disagree.  Here's the funny thing about money that people dont seem to get - rich people spend A LOT of money, on vactions, remodeling, cars, services, restaurants, hotels, etc. that employ A LOT of people.
