Where do I sign up?!

Angel went from the show that I knew came from Buffy and never bothered to try (I was a late Buffy convert) to a show that I watched with a bunch of TWoP peeps, bated breath and all, at the finale. It's so good.

Threading is from the devil. Instead of a quickbright sharp pain, it's a series of little hurts until you're regretting every mean thing you ever said about your mom's eyebrows as a kid.

I have one big text file that I save recipes to, imaginatively called 'recipes'. I hope to be as organized as you one day. It does get a little overwhelming.

I do the same, except that I don't put any celery in (because I wouldn't on a actual baked potato). It's duper good!

I actually make a baked potato salad that uses both sour cream and mayo (no mayo makes it super dry- no sour cream means it's potatoes, cheese, bacon and mayo and that's an abomination). It's super sinful and I won't make it but once or twice a year.

I totally agree. My Eritrean friend, when I convince her to bribe me with food, brings veggies that dance and sing. Her okra is a thing of beauty, plus fresh injera? Oh goodness. I've had meat dishes from her and local Ethiopian restaurants (their cuisines are similar) and I've found that vegetarian is the way to go.

I am a fan of all things seafood, and as such, wholeheartedly endorse this pizza idea. I'm trying to decide if I want to get shrimp curry, if I ride enough tonight.

Back in the day, I used to read real person fanfiction, because I didn't know anything about them in real life, and therefore it didn't feel like a documentary-just a variation of the fanfiction that I read already. Nowadays, I'm a little more discriminatory, but I still don't really see harm unless either the person

I got spoiled at work, but he's my fave coworker, so I forgave him. I invited another coworker to see it Thursday so I don't have to scroll though so many posts here!

Thunderbolt!

5liked for the LSD reference.

I think for the same reason that when you hang out with your friend on a diet, you don't eat hunks of cake and moan about how good it is. You don't want them to feel bad about what they can't have! Same with Odo. The other Founders think Odo's a little slow, so they morph their faces like him when he's around.
When

Yup. In a good workplace, everyone's friendly. In a great workplace, it's almost like family. (I'm speaking from personal experience- my former location was kinda like DS9- we were the misfits, in an undesirable location, and we grew closer until it's like a family reunion when I see them, like yesterday. The place

I told my BFF that I would do the one thing I've sworn to never do if I was with him- I'd take his last name. That's right, I'd be Mrs PIM Siddig, and darned happy about it! (Or PIM El Fadil, I ain't picky)

At the ST con I attended last year, there was a panel on women and TOS where the moderator compared and contrasted the three women in "The Cage"- Number One, the yeoman (sorry, blanking on her name) and Vina, about how their roles played with the times, and hilariously showing Number One's reaction to Pike's 'you know

Honestly, the whole Riker/Troi thing saves Insurrection for me. I love the flirty little touches that says 'hey, they dig each other!' which Marina Sirtis gleefully points out in the commentary that her and Frakes do together. (if you haven't seen that movie with their commentary, it's a thing of beauty.)

that sucks royally! Who steals anyone's ice cream, let alone a pregnant woman's?

The episode above is the only one I've ever seen of this show. Apparently I picked a doozy.

If it wasn't already 10:30 here, I'd go out and have one right now! Thanks!
