Thank goodness it's not just me! I even closed out my other tabs to give it a fighting chance. I'm so annoyed by the lack of rhyme and reason by the freezes.

That's how I know I'm not that desperate. My facebook remains untouched!
I have a pregnancy related one- when I was helping with the relocation of the store that I work at now, we put in super crazy hours and were getting catered meals. One day there was a cake in the break room with baby booties on it. I asked casually, "oh, who's knocked up?" as the 'guest of honor' came in. She said…
One of the interns that we've had since she was a baby freshman, six years ago, is all grown up and a big bad pharmacist! There is a big to-do for her on Sunday that I've already told my crew that I can't be at (I'm not at that store any longer). I totally plan to surprise her, because I love her and I'm so proud of…
I mentioned this briefly somewhere else, but here goes- I was a fat kid, that became a fat adult. Along the way I decided that screw everyone, I was gonna start making my own fun. One of those things I wanted to do was ride a bike, but I'd never learned (reading books, easier than physical activity). It made me sad…
I have that kind of name too, where no one expects this person, me, to go with the name, and I've seen the disappointment/confusion.
He decides who stays and who goes, 'tis true!

I went through a really similar situation a couple of years back. It got really ugly, and I'm not friends with the girlfriend anymore, and I'm barely friends with my friend. It still makes my heart hurt to think about it. I'm with @Scrawler2:disqus on this one- respond, but keep it light and surface-level.
My ideal first date is at a carnival. Riding rides, eating funnel cakes, playing rigged games- sounds like a winner to me!
I love splashes of color with black! If I wear all black to work (which happens often) I'll go with super bright socks, just to liven it up a bit.
I usually never have anything to add to the fashion thread, but I actually brought clothes last weekend, clothes that I like and will wear!

I love Jose Feliciano. His "Light My Fire" just touches something deep in my heart. On "Chico", (which I heard way before I'd ever seen the show) he's so… reasonable sounding.
I think you're like, opposite me, because when I go to WDW, I want to spend a day higher than the sky around Epcot. This is an actual goal I have.
My shuffle's all kerflooey and random on my MP3 player, so I've been going alphabetical by song, so still pretty random.
And as far as weekend plans, I'm going to the Indianapolis 500 Festival Parade on Saturday (it's cheesetastic, but so typically Indy that I love it) followed by an anniversary party for my BFF's parents. Sunday, I plan to find a carnival and spin until I'm super dizzy, because I work retail and will totally work a…
I really want to go to WDW within the next year. Like, ditch the fam/friends and go. I feel weird for wanting this so badly, but hey.
I have been to a few weddings that I was invested in, but yeah. My BFF doesn't want a wedding (she's not all that het up about marriage, either, but doesn't want the hoopla associated with weddings) and my other assorted friends are already married, never gonna get married, or like me and destined to become a cat lady.
Yeah. A friend of mine that I used to be super close to is getting married, and I only know this because he talked about it on FB. I'm predicting now that I won't be invited.
I've never done them, but I'm totally open to the idea- I have friends who like the hallucinogens and the next time I hear from them I think I'll saddle up. Do you think I'll need a spotter?
I had never learned to ride a bike, and it was bumming me out, because I had visions of me flying down one of our local trails. I actually googled 'adult tricycles' out of desperation, and what do you know, they actually make such a thing!
I made two miles Monday, and today I'm aiming for further.
