Hmm, I also took it to be the boyfriend's parents' car and luggage, but you may be right about it being the sick neighbor. The house sure looked a lot like the boyfriend's though.

"Not the livestock!"

"Friend-o" is now a regular for me.

"Team Discovery Channel!" always works, blurted out with Martin-like enthusiasm, whenever it's time to name a group. Usually met by blank stares, but I enjoy it.

The cutoff depends on who you listen to. Plenty of media outlets include those of us in our early 30s as Millenials, which always felt a little off to me.

are you…Humphrey Bogart?

Dead Confederate has a great song/album named "Wrecking Ball" as well.

I'll have to check it out. Looks like it will go nicely with YMRT, since those shorter episodes can fill in the gaps between Secret History.

I was there, which thankfully meant I didn't have to listen to Chris Berman. That was honestly one of the best times I've had at a baseball event (can't call it a game). Way to go, Frazier!

It's a completely valid question. Morgan Brian getting to start against China (and subbing in the game before against Colombia) allowed her to show what she could do as a defensive midfielder, which is what allowed Lloyd to play more offensively.

Carli Lloyd is amazing. Put her on that $10 bill!

I think that was a bit of a light foul for the ref to be calling (but I am admittedly very biased in that assessment), and I think the Germans got away with some fouls just as bad in the box in the first half, but if you do make that call, it should be a red card. Really, really relieved that it wasn't, but it

I agree completely. You cannot count on the teams to police themselves in this regard.

I thought both were fouls but I disagree that either deserved a yellow. That's probably just me being biased, though.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Press starting at midfield (I believe she started there in the Aus game). If I had to guess: Lloyd, Heath, Press and… Brian. Could be O'Reilly, though.

If it's the same game I'm thinking of, then yes, it was Germany.

Yep, that's the one. It's fantastic, but I still have a long way to go.

I am nothing if not filled with rainbows and sunshine.

The only two Graham novels I've read-Our Man in Havana and The Quiet American-were both terrific. The Power and the Glory is on my short list to read next. I need to get on it.
