[Prometheus SPOILERS]

Went to see The Master.  First of all, the acting was phenomenal.  Joaquin Phoenix was great, and I would watch Philip Seymour Hoffman do anything.  One of my favorite current actors.  The movie was good, but I definitely feel like I need to see it again in order to really absorb it all.

My gateway was the last album, "My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky".  One benefit to that album is that it's shorter than others, so it isn't as daunting as jumping full into the two-hour epic that is "The Seer".

Same here.  It's good, but not great like the two previous albums.  Like the review says, this album it feels like the band is running on cruise control.  Still, for a band like Dino Jr., cruise control still sounds excellent.

Yes, excellent review Heller.  AVC was late to the game on this, but at least you did it justice with such an extensive review.

Saying you hate "all that they represent" but liking BDS makes me wonder if you take the lyrics behind that song seriously.
