I email that clip to my mom every year, since that was about as much help as I ever was. Even now, my only job on Thanksgiving is to stay away from the kitchen.

I thought they were at summer camp? Wednesday at camp is the only thing I remember about that movie.
Thanksgiving episodes are tricky, since they're neither as common or as highly-regarded as Halloween or Christmas episodes. And I'm having a hard time thinking of one I really like from a show that hasn't already been covered here (Bart vs. Thanksgiving is sooooo good).
I think the difference was that Last Action Hero was trying to poke fun at Arnold's persona, while Batman & Robin was just trying to cash in on it. It's subtle, but it's there. I don't think there's a more commercially crass movie than Batman & Robin.
I saw this in theaters as a kid but DIDN'T see Jurassic Park. So this movie's failure was in no way my fault.
Not wanting to merchandise, I can understand. But I'm surprised, given the sheer adoration for "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and the like he never thought to do just ONE animated special.
I really liked the one last year, with the Captain, where the story became clearer once we see that Ted was stoned and Robin was drunk.
I was really into the first few minutes of the episode. The structure itself was clever in a Seinfeld kind of way, the material was just awful. Definitely my least favorite episode, made even more disappointing given how much I love their "stunt" episodes typically.
I had a crush on Mo. I think it was the beginning of my weakness for girls with British accents.
She returned as Magica in DuckTales remastered, and it's just a joy to still be able to hear her voice.
Tim and Eric have always been really hit and miss for me. There's almost no middle ground between when I find them hilarious and when I find them grating as all hell.
I recently watched a bunch of the Hammer horror films he's in for the first time, so I thought it was awesome. It's a little like he's channeling Dr. Frankenstein.
Yay Star Wars.
Mika Brzezinski has a name shockingly close to mine, and I hate that.
Probably none, but it doesn't matter. The trailer doesn't make any reference to Jay Ward or Rocky and Bullwinkle. It just says "from the creators of the Croods," so that's the only frame of reference a kid needs. The grown ups taking them will know.
I haven't seen it in years, but I always thought George of the Jungle did a decent job with that. I don't remember it taking itself terribly seriously.
But it was made up for with spectacular writing, which I'm not convinced this movie has.
They had hauntingly good chili.
I thought it was real at first (I was 13, give me a break!) but the illusion was shattered when I saw the girl in a Steak & Shake commercial a few days later.
The utter terror on Pinocchio's face completely sells it too, What makes it extra scary is that the donkey subplot is never given a happy ending. Pinocchio and Jiminy never go back and save those kids or anything, they're just slaves in the salt mines now.
