He's never funny, but I think he's his show stays around because lots of NPR listeners like his Borscht Belt "work the room" style. "Hey, where are ya from?" I always imagine he's wearing a loud plaid jacket and sweating a lot during his show.

I don't mind the mislabeling video games as mature or auteur driven because (1) valuing these qualities encourages better product in a mostly immature industry and (2) there are enough credible critics to help me tell the difference before I buy.
