Mighty Boosh is absurd, but I don't think it's anywhere close to the absurdity-for-absurdity's-sake conceit of Tim & Eric. Mighty Boosh has a coherent world, plotlines lasting more than a minute, ongoing character development, etc., which Tim & Eric doesn't bother with.

ElDan, were you just "bored on a . . . morning" every Monday during Season 3 as well? Because I remember you regularly pissed all over those comment boards about VB too.

I love everything about the Moppets (thought I was the only one, go figure), but it wasn't until the interview above that I could really pinpoint why.

When it was covered in TV Club there was one guy (ElDan I think) who would beat on it and all the VB-philes would beat on him. But other than that (and the requisite AVC trolling for trolling's sake), it seems everybody around here gets wet down there about VB.

Wow, thanks Barnaby. I am a better, or at least happier, person knowing that the King of Cartoons and Blacula are the same. The more you dig into Pee Wee's Playhouse, the more gold you find.
