Much like the Brexit idiots in the UK, they are incapable of any rational/analytical thought

how is this clowncake still a thing?

people like blood sausage
people are morons

he probably thinks it is a documentary

hahahaha

Same here, I struggled to get through the first 2-3 issues and gave up. There was nothing wrong with the writing really, but nothing grabbed me. A few people have said it gets better, so at some point I should probably try and catch up.

it's a crap Solaris

I have no idea what 'pharyngeal' means but I'm going to assume it is "of or relating to the pharynx", which if so makes 'pharyngeal jaw' completely idiotic

Wally is always sad when a venerated character actor shuffles off this mortal coil. First became aware of Powers Boothe and his cool as fuck name through The Emerald Forest, which still holds a dear place in my heart even though Boorman decided to cast his idiot son.

ooft yeah that first scene you mention is awful, I couldn't get it out of my head for days and have left the room before when I know it's coming

Irreversible did, for pretty obvious reasons
so did The Skin I Live In, not that it was graphic in any way, but yeah, I did get a bit queasy in the cinema (no spoilers but you can probably imagine why)

shut the fuck up

in between flying cargo planes of rubber dog shit out of Hong Kong?

I clearly remember watching it a few years after it came out, popped around to someone's place to procure some herbal delights, "have a seat man, this film just started, it's meant to be pretty good . . ."

this is definitely happening next time

I watch it on the big screen every chance I get, having been way too young to catch it the first time. I always pump my fist in the air when the opening title sequence starts and you get those Vangelis notes. Always.

I would have said Hero as well, though like you I haven't seen either since they came out. I watched both of them twice at the cinema.

in all fairness, Big Trouble In Little China beats all of these films

which is better - Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or Hero?

Dear America,
