Mickey Rourke's a trained boxer, so I don't doubt he could probably kick Chris Jericho's ass if they stuck to Queensbury rules.

You know what, Daniel Day-Lewis would actually pretty a pretty awesome Kraven the Hunter.

To show how both culturally literate and culturally retarded I am, my first thought when reading the original comment was of Bruno S., and I was like, "but he played the accordion…I guess he could have played the harmonica, though." Then the part of my brain that stores 80's pop culture ephemera kicked in, and I was

I really doubt they did anything mean to the kid to get him to start bawling. The casting director probably just carefully selected a wimpy, insecure kid that loses his shit if you leave him alone for two seconds.

My first thought when I saw the picture above
"I didn't know Anthony LaPaglia was in '10,000 BC'."

I had a similar experience to Claire and Prestidigititis seeing Rushmore for the first time. It was the very first movie I ever went to see with my then-girlfriend-now-wife, and there was a palpable feeling of sympatico between the entire audience and the film. You could feel the love in the room.

The thing I find most annoying about Jack is what I find most annoying about Matthew Fox and his typical Matthew Fox acting move: the condescending laugh/smile combined with an air of smug self-righteousness.

It definitely looked like she was leading him away, not to the customer service desk or wherever you go when you find a lost child. She also had a kind of knowing look in her eyes. Something was up there, unless they're just trying to make us think that something was up.

Wolfman's got nards!

If it wasn't fairly obvious before, it's pretty clear now: Danny Gokey is a dick.

Damn, she's got some nice legs, though. And tits.

Fidel? No fucking way.

Damn, somebody beat me to the Klaus Nomi reference. I was gonna say that anybody who thinks Lady GaGa is weird has never seen Klaus Nomi perform. Actually, I did just say that. I'd heard of her before, but hadn't heard or seen her. I really didn't give her a chance, and just fast-forwarded through most of her

Her little "I'm coming home, baby! *cry*cry*" seemed very forced and phony. I wonder if she is capable of any emotions at all?

One of my favorite roles of his was as the creepy guy in "Mystery Train" who tells Nicoletta Braschi (I think that's her name, I'm too lazy to look it up) about picking up the hitchhiking ghost of Elvis, and then tries to sell her Elvis' comb.

By the way, let's make that Tom Noonan "Random Roles" happen, OK, AV Club? Think of all the delightful "Wolfman's got nards!" comments that would ensue.

Yeah, I love "What Happened Was…" I still have it on VHS, but it's unfortunately not out on DVD. At least "The Wife" is, although I don't believe it's anamorphic…fucking FOX Lorber Home Video.

Melora Hardin. I hope I never bump into her because I would feel uncontrollably compelled to blurt out that I had a big crush on her when I was 7 years old and she was starring in the NBC Saturday morning show Thunder, The Super Horse.

The Wife
I was kind of disappointed this movie wasn't mentioned, as it's one of my favorite movies starring Wallace Shawn. It was directed by and co-starring Tom Noonan (aka "The Tooth Fairy" from Manhunter and Frankenstein's monster in The Monster Squad), and although I'm not familiar with his plays, it seems like a
