She does provide footnotes in the episode description, or at least that's where they are in the Podcast Addict app.

I don't necessarily have sympathy for Hubbard, but it's obvious he was mentally ill, whereas Miscagive is 100% pure evil.

The Given Day is phenomenal. I'm fairly certain Live By Night is a sequel to it, but I haven't read it yet.

-Finished Silicon Valley S2; definitely one of my favorite comedies on TV right now.
-Participated in/watched a lot of improv.
-Started watching the documentary "Showrunners" on Netflix. It's pretty interesting, especially in the regard that I have no idea how people who run multiple shows have time to eat/sleep/breathe.

That was the best one out of last year's offerings. The cappuccino flavored chips? Fucking disgusting.

Jason Isbell's new album. It's sublime.

Rhode Island is such a gem. I love everything about that state. I don't get to Providence nearly enough, but I'll put Gracie's on my list of places to try.

"Bernadette" is easily in my all-time top 20 favorite books.

Mallory Ortberg's "Texting With Jane Eyre," which is a hilarious, quick read that smashes together texting with classic literary characters.

Gotta love TSwift in between System of a Down and Rob Zombie.

Change Your Mind is one of my all-time favorite Killers songs.

Christina Perri - mine
Kimbra - Miracle
Justin Timberlake - Mirrors
Kacey Musgraves - Miserable
Maroon 5 - Misery
Paramore - Misery Business
Jack's Mannequin - Miss California
Jack's Mannequin - Miss Delaney
Fall Out Boy - Miss Missing You
Dorothy Moore - Misty Blue
Matt Nathanson - Modern Love
Nicki Minaj and Drake - Moment 4

I have Wednesday and Thursday off next week with no plans…I can't fucking wait.

Do you live in the fine Nutmeg State? Mystic Seaport is one of my favorite places.

Damn straight.

I'm rocking an air cast for my sprained ankle and apparently wore it too tight yesterday, because I took it off for bed and discovered a bunch of blood vessels under my skin burst, which looks horrific. It hurts like hell, too.

I have tickets to see a certain possibly-imploding group of British lads in Foxboro in September, and will be seeing Kenny Chesney at MetLife Stadium next month. (Country concerts are kind of The Worst.) I'm hoping to see Bleachers and Charli XCX when they come my way, too.

My first job out of college was working as a receptionist for the sales department of an IT company, but the office was a frat house thinly veiled as a professional workplace. Everyone was sleeping with everyone and the company's motto was "Work hard, play harder." Sounds fun on paper, but sexual harassment also

I remember hearing that song when it first came out and was very surprised to hear it was written and sung by a 16-year-old.

I think so! It wasn't my first time onstage - I performed in 15 years' worth of dance showcases - but this was a whole different ballgame.
