AG was my first Gaiman book…I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it, either. It was pleasantly entertaining. What other books of his do you recommend?

Yes Please definitely has a slow start…hang in there.
I just finished Amy Poehler's "Yes Please," which was an absolute delight. I haven't had time to get to the library, so I'm reading a Michael Connolly book my mom let me borrow as a placeholder.
Continuing my alphabetical journey through my library….
I successfully memorized lines and acted in front of an audience for the first time ever in a sketch show last weekend.
Sprained my ankle something fierce on Saturday and am now sporting a really sexy air cast. My medical bills are nowhere near yours, Waffles, but I had to put everything on a credit card I'm desperately trying to pay off.
The actress who plays Britney is very active on Twitter about the show, moreso than someone who was in a one-off guest spot would be.
I get Bridget Everett's schtick, but I don't find it funny at all.
I just realized Alison Lohman and Alison Pill are not, in fact, the same person. Mind blown.
Granted, I read these a while ago, but I loved Joan Lowery Nixon's books. I don't know if today's teenagers would find them lame or not.
$8.07 a month is very easy to part with/forget you're parting with.
Ugh. That sucks.
Ah yes, something I'm all too familiar with. I'm second in command at a publishing company, where I've worked since 2010, and I just broke $30k this spring.
I'm so sorry you're going through such a rough patch, Waffles <3
Thankfully, I'm not too upset by it, just kind of…apathetic? I realized this morning that it had been 6 months since the breakup, and my response was, "Huh. Half a year. Interesting."
They didn't reimburse you?!?
Finally finishing OITNB (two episodes left!) and going to the library for a new haul of reading material. Nothing brings me more joy than coming home with a tote bag bursting at the seams with books.
My almost 3-year-old laptop won't open Windows. I was able to open it in Safe Mode to get all my files and stuff backed up, but it never came with a recovery disk, so now I'm looking at upwards of $150, which I really don't have, for a system restore. Thank god one of my coworkers never uses her work-provided laptop,…

Yeah, I tried to go back on OKC about 3 months after the breakup, but no one was interesting to me. I've sworn off online dating since and am trying this novel concept of meeting people in real life. My social life has expanded, but nothing so far in the realm of relationships.
