On the complementing of David Schwimmer, I think of all the cast he is the best actor, in terms of craft. The writers don't do his character any favors…….(though deep down he is my favorite character as well.)

I always thought Gen Y was a largely artificial construct. Breaks down like this:

and Dad was Vietnam generation,

I would define Pulp as a drama where the actions are strained past the point suspension of disbelief. I think this is where the Shield gets a little pulpy. Always thought this show never got enough credit for its bits of well executed physical comedy. Schwimmer and Perry were the best at it.

The continuity on this show is all jacked up. Its like the Sherlock Holmes canon

The bit of Joey yelling "why, God, why?" is so funny in that episode.
