Somebody here at the AV club should do a bit ole article about distinctly southern, moonshine, or country noir movies. A lot of people dont realize it but one of the best of the last twenty years is Sling Blade.

See I think that in his prime Merle sang better than Willie. To me Willie is more an icon than singer. That boxed set is one of my favorites. I miss box sets! You can tell what someone really loves muscially by what box sets they have.

Reminds me of when Waylon Jennings died. A good friend of mine showed up with a bottle of Jack and we went on a rampage.
