I always liked that his character in NYPD Blue went off the rails by banging strippers and such. It was fairly shocking.
That was his friend, not Schroders character
That sounds awesome.
A good video to a true modern country classic. I think he directed it.
The thing that makes it unique is that I think it lives on for a class of people who perhaps dont put much thought into collecting movies or what makes something a classic.
I can see it.
I wish I could like this twice. Dont forget Faulkner did the screenplay before he lit back out for Mississippi!
Bob K I just got what you did there. Im rolling ball bearings in appreciation.
I wouldnt say its his best but what makes it so interesting is he is playing against type. I think its his finest "acting" but not his finest "iconic" role.
I like The Big Sleep just a smidge better.
I love The Scarlet Pimpernel with Howard
Just let me say (rather late) that I enjoy this very much. The reviewer and the commentators are very very good.
See I think 2 is very very strong-a step up from 1 (which I thought and still think was amazing.)
Vic want to have it ALL. That is is weakness. Its souns simple and it is and isnt. He wants a wife and family, he wants to bang Danny and any other hottie he can. He wants to be a badass cop but he also wants to piece of the action. But when the chips are down he picks himself over everyone else every time.
Sorry to be so late. Great stuff as always Wallflower. May I offer one small quibble? Vic differs from Gilroy in one small way. He doesnt end up in jail, even though he has to sacrifice everything to avoid it. He was just a little more ruthless than Gilroy.
Dragonchasers may is my favorite episode of the first season is top five for the entire run.
One of the comedic highlights of the entire series is Shane's very casual "It's all yours Dutchboy" as he and Tulips exit the interview room.
Wallflower you are superb.
Tom Wilkinson as Mr. Norrel.
