Right on. He's like Douglas Adams without the withering sarcasm. He's making satire, but that's only a background to all the full formed characters he's built over the years. He's got a message but not beating you over the head with it. I'm definitely treasuring every piece he creates from here on.

Shadow Hearts: From the New World has you dealing with a giant cat gangster and all of a sudden you get an adorable mariachi performance by Capone's sister's boyfriend. Comes out of left field in a game that's full of pleasant weirdness. I love you, Shadow Hearts.
