I was hoping the baby would be a zombie. I wanted to see what would happen if there was no escaping a Zombie world—procreation ceases. How would life change if there was no way humans could outlive the ZA?

I agree. That's why I didn't even connect Carrie's discussion of C4 to what was in the box. Doesn't seem like it's worth the gun fight.

I prefer the crammed-in, implausability of S2 plots over the Issa flashbacks in S1. At least the show is moving. I understand the importance of establishing the relationship between Brody and Issa/Nazir, but it wasn't especially fun to watch or tension-building.

I wondered about that, too. What are we supposed to assume happened to him between his meeting with Roya and the shootout? It seems significant, given how much time they focused on his face and his bruises/blood.

I don't think Mike believes it was on orders from the government. That was my thought a few episodes ago, when he and Lauder first float the idea of Brody working for the CIA. But in this week's episode Mike says that Walker was shot by a co-conspirator (because he walked willingly into the dark tunnel).

Okay. I'm with you now. Just rewatched the preview. I didn't think C4 wouldn't be worth the shootout—I didn't connect what Carrie was saying to what happened in Gettysburg. I had thought the CIA would find the C4 in the haberdashery, and the SWAT-looking men were carrying out a box of something more strategically

If Virgil ever dies, I will stop watching. I actually paused the show to declare that statement while he was tailing Roya near the fountain. Homeland—you're on notice. Please, don't mess with Virgil.

Getting muzzled, sleeping in a crate, and crawling around on all fours at the park? NatGeo informed me that such behavior is taboo. Talking about "next time, on Homeland"? Not taboo.

He's pretty much the only option. The casting crew has given male viewers Lila, Rita, Lumen, Hannah, Jamie, and a plentiful bounty of strippers/prostitutes/hello, whores. As a female viewer, I've had the shit end of the stick: Lundy, Gellar, Angel, Trinity, Masuka, and Mr. Tableaux.
