I still think the Reeds will show up but either way their purpose is to bring Bran to Bloodraven. What other purpose are you talking about? I think the main purpose of the Daynes is just to be incredibly badass. And to the person above who said the Daynes get two book references, I'm not sure which books you're

Tywin is likable in the books too because he is so damn brilliant. At least I think so.

I love Tywin in the books as well so this doesn't seem new to me. He's great in both

Yeah I'm with you. He's not pale or quiet enough. And the descriptions from the books of both him and Ramsay having eyes the color of 'dirty ice' always stands out in my imagination. This guys got too much color for my way too picky and nerdy taste

Who would burn and sack Winterfell then if not Ramsay?

This was such a great great episode.
My heart dropped in my chest when Catelyn reminded Robb of his marriage contract that 'must not be broken' as Roose Bolton slid in between them in the background. Chills man. Such a beautiful shot. Kudos to the director
The first Theon scene was probably the most gut wrenching since

Just looked it up. He takes Preston Greenfield's spot. Ser Loras takes Ser Mandons. Completely had forgotten about that guy. Did he do anything noteworthy at all?

No you are right. Robert did not have a claim either. This is where you run into a grey area, does the history of Westeros count as book spoilers? Robert 'stole' the throne through his rebellion. He was the first non-Targaryen to sit the throne in the 300+ years since Aegon the Conqueror united the seven kingdoms

The Tyrells have absolutely no claim to the throne at all. They couldn't even bluster and lie to come up with one. There isn't a shred of credibility linking them to the throne so everybody involved would be heavily dishonored. Stannis has the true claim to the throne (well after Dany but she is exiled) because

It is known.

Bored? Of Dany? Are you sure you aren't confusing 'bored' with 'forgot a lot of the details so it is less compelling'?

It is known. Ser Loras is way better in the books. I was actually pretty upset when I found out about his life threatening failure at Dragonstone.

Stannis is awesome

I was just saying to a friend before this episode that I wanted Bran to throw a tantrum at Maester Luwin and start screaming, a la D'angelo Barksdale "WHERE THE FUCK IS RICKON?! HUH! WHERE THE FUCK IS RICKON"

Only males can rule the Iron Throne

Yeah and he better lumber back through the gates, wounded, carrying Sansa with dramatic smoke, music, and other bits of awesomeness. Thats atleast what is in my minds eye during the read. Especially because so far in the series Sandor has gotten short shrift. He's such a great character.

I think you should combine Melisandre with Stannis. They're 'running on the same ticket' so to speak

Tywin's too badass for that nonsense

Is nobody else excited that next week we're going to get Myrcella being shipped to Dorne and the riot?! It's one of the best parts of the book!! I love that chapter. I would definitely want to be a crowd extra that gets to scream "BROTHERFUCKER!!!!" at Cersei

hahahahahaha. Dany on top? Are you watching the same show I am? She's got about 25 ragged people who are close to death. And INFANT dragons. Oh and did I mention that shes on another continent? I don't know how long you're expecting it to take for those dragons to grow up, but whatever you're thinking you should
