If you dig "After the Gold Rush," check out "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere" and "On the Beach." If you like what you hear on those, continue onward to "Zuma," "Tonight's the Night," and "Rust Never Sleeps." His first s/t is pretty good, too. "Harvest" is a snooze-fest. "Trans" only if you are a diehard.

While Justified and Sons of Anarchy fight over who can get the most Deadwood alumni, The Good Wife and The Walking Dead(!?) are fighting over The Wire.

I feel pretty much the same way. Reggie was my main reason for watching, but now I only really watch it if there's a guest on that I particularly like.

Donnie is a genius.

My favorite line was when Cutler brought up Harry's name in the first partners' meeting and, before Cutler could elaborate any further, Roger immediately responded with "He's gone; anything else?"

Initially, I had the same reaction as you. But after thinking about it a little more, I realized that Donnie probably hadn't previously overheard such mission critical information that he was required to act on. Up until the events of season one, his monitor job mostly consisted of administering medical tests when

I'll play:

Review deserves reviews. It has a unique conceit/format (well, excepting the Australian original); I really don't think there's a lack of things to write about on a weekly basis. Same goes for Nathan For You, which is one of the best shows on TV and yet the AVClub mostly ignored last spring.

Under the Dome is my favorite bad show on television. It's almost as unintentionally hilarious as Happy Town. Almost!

Todd could just stop hogging all the good ones for himself and let Zack review the show instead. Just kidding. Sort of.

I think the big difference between the movie and the series (or at least the pilot) regarding is the accents is that all of the Minnesotan characters in the movie had the *same* exaggerated Minnesotan accent. The actors in the series are doing different versions of some vague idea of the accent.

Thank you! Never have I ever heard a Minnesota native say "negative ten." It's "ten below zero," "ten below," or sometimes "minus ten." But never "negative ten."

I want to root for Morgan, but her constant dismissal of people for being "old" or "ugly" is making it difficult.

I am a master of the obvious

I got the impression that Kass flipped simply because she did not like Sarah. She was making the game personal, and it will backfire on her.

Oh, how I hoped for that. I'd really only miss Abraham and Bob, since they're the best actors on the show. But I think one of the only ways for this show to improve to the level of being "decent" would be to fearlessly kill off the bulk of the cast and write in new, more interesting, more consistent characters. Of

Todd Glass is a wonderful, hilarious disaster of man. When he's stoned it's like he's re-enacting my inner monologue from the last time I got high but for all the world to hear.

Jenny Slate and Jon Daly are incredible on this show. Props to Kroll for letting them regularly upstage him (I mean this as a sincere compliment, not a back-handed one.)

But the CBS promo department *did* hype this episode.

I'm on the same page, D-Nice. The writers had a whole season to set up Josh Charles' exit, and still they decided to go with a move right out of the latter-day Grey's Anatomy playbook. It almost makes no sense to me whatsoever. Maybe the writers figured this way they could write themselves into a corner with the whole
