He has gotten a lot through Congress through Amendments. Is he the most productive member of Congress? No. But he hasnt been sitting on his ass for 30 years.

Let me be clear. Without the DNC meddling I believe Bernie would have still lost. However, the DNC is supposed to be neutral to primary candidates. Donna Brazille feeding questions to Clinton in a debate is clearly unethical and goes against the stated rules. Is it surprising? No. Is it unethical. The DNC is not…
Well, after losing the White House, both houses of Congress, numerous state legislatures this year and losing the House in 2010 and suffering loses every year where Obama wasn't running….being better than Democrats isn't a very high bar to clear.
If Biden doesn't run in 2020, Warren is our best bet for your exact stated reasons.
I was on the ground. People saw it coming.
Yes this is true. However, I think it is easier to imagine a centrist democrat folding and voting Sanders than the shit upon by their own party for 30 years liberals folding for Clinton. On top of that Bernie was bringing in blue collar workers and 3 party voters into the democratic fold which would have helped. …
No. Bill Clinton's Primary opponent never endorsed him and I don't think Ted Kennedy endorsed Carter. Bernie was out at colleges and kept a powder keg from exploding at the DNC.
They are. Bernie started an organization and numerous delegates of Bernie ran for office this year (not very successfully but they put their money where their mouth is). Clinton's first post-election act was a conference call to her rich donors. So kindly fuck off with the Bernie bashing.
A lot of those folks are Green voters or people who would not vote period. Clinton didn't lost votes to Stein, she lost votes to people who decided to stay home.
It isn't about whether people are surprised about it. It is about the ethics. Yes Bernie was independent but he caucused with Democrats and worked closely with them for the 30 years he served in Congress. That counts for something.
His name's Ryan. Its right there in the title. What else do ya need?
#Fair ;)
Yes, me.
I am in the position where I have always denied my creative side and have been fairly succesful in my chosen field but it drives me crazy that I haven't pursued my real dream. It seems foolish to go full in but maybe if I do it as a hobby that will be enough for me, but I feel like I will be cheating myself. I…
You make stable money by being an accountant. That's pretty damn important too!
Especially when that person lives in Minnesota which has the highest underage sex trafficking. Which is not a worry because everyone lives on the coast where we are all empowered and superstars!
The Sex Worker thing smacks of coastal elitism (I say this as someone who lives on the coast). I don't think it is easy for someone in rural Wisconsin to hire an independent, empowered sex worker, let alone find a not methed out sex worker (sorry Wisconsin, just using you as an example).
It gets a bit murky for me. They did a good job of showing how incredibly fucked up the Death Star is, which for me has a twofold problem. One the one hand it shows the horrific, not fucking around impact of all of those deaths on a tiny city and tiny military base, I would think word would get around about that and…
I would like to see like extensive behind the scenes footage of that. To learn what he says they are ignoring or what the other actors aren't getting from the director.
Yeah, she has the arc. It just isn't executed very well. Its so herky jerky and is well developed. At least IMO.
