Outing myself as old and with questionable musical taste, but:

Had to write a paper in a psych class about how mentall illnesses are portrayed in movies. One caveat was that we were instructed to pick a film from the teacher's list that we hadn't seen before (and I'm bound by my fucked up moral code to be honest about stuff like that). The only film on the list that I hadn't seen

Bonde do Role. Brazillian shout-rap heavy metal tinged electonica. Love it, but almost no one else does (at least here in the complaint-rock capitol, Seattle).

"…later covered (though not very well) by Eric Clapton."

Doesn't this describe every single Clapton hit?

Stingo the Bandana Origami Pro,

Not by anyone with sense.

Again, looking for GOOD movies. Not just movies.

Sure, it was an ensemble cast. But fair enough, I'll say two, then; Collateral and Magnolia, with the caveat that he was worst thing about Magnolia. The role was fairly well written, but put it in the hands of a capable actor and it would have been worlds better.

I'm not even going to bother to try and source this with google, but has he made a lot of good movies? I'm trying to think of one (outside of inexplicably over-rated bit parts in Magnolia and Tropic Thunder).

Yeah, but to many loosers think there smart just because they have computer's.

I think alot of people think thats right. It makes me literally die every time I see it.

Irregardless, you must of gotten his meaning.

The last scene in Psycho II. Never, ever turn down a sandwich.

Good lord, Cameron Diaz is the worst thing about Gangs of New York (which could have been an awesome movie, if only they'd cut her and Leo and focused on Bill the Butcher, Reilly's cop, and any number of other, actually compelling characters).

Gotta disagree, too. I read it and thought, "oh, so I just read a couple hundred pages of IMAGINED depravity?" Thanks a lot, Bret. And I thought the movie made that even more clear.

AND WE ESPECIALLY CALL FOR THE JUDGMENT IN THIS HOUR AND THE DESTROYING OF ROCK MUSIC DIRECTED SPECIFICALLY AGAINST CHILDRENAND WORKING SPECIFICALLY THROUGH THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR WHOM WE CALL FOR THE JUDGMENT IN THE SACRED FIRE IN THIS HOUR BEFORE THE THRONE OF ALMIGHTY GOD.

I don't believe in Zimmerman.

"I don't smoke because Disney said I couldn't. You don't smoke because you're a fucking faggot."

"Ride My Rocket (Up Uranus)" by Alien Sex Fiend. But only if you have a great fastball.

I've loved her since the first time I saw Murder By Death. Here she's the best thing about a great show. Not surprised.
