Also giving a B- to the last episode of an epically good run of television doesn't help anyone. And the review doesn't read B-.

I've always liked Yo-yo and Mac, and them together, but was never super invested in them. So I was surprised the last episode ended with Yo-yo going into the Framework after him: without any of the other main characters, I didn't think it would work.

I almost believed it … 'til Simmons stopped acting like a badass - 'oh, it's part of the plan (thank god)'

I saw the grade and review title before watching, and still kept my expectations high and wasn't disappointed. A- on the episode (self control being an easy A).

Hmm, 2 and a half seasons is tough. I loved season 2, but the end of season 3 and almost all of season 4 is legit some of the best television I've seen. But a lot of it (esp the end of s4 everyone loves) is so great because it builds on seasons' worth of character arcs and plots. So s4 has some objectively great ideas

Simmons insulting AIDA to her face despite the threat of death I totally believed and feared for her safety. Simmons saying she was scared and blaming Fitz: part of the plan and/or LMD - all's good.

IIRC LMD Fitz is the one who said it was 'all [his] fault' to try to seem real to Simmons. Either way, definitely a call back and definitely awesome.

I agree it doesn't make much sense but here's the way I think of it: where did the warrants come from in the first place? IIRC they were set up by BPO as a way to track Nomi down, not as part of an actual investigation into anything. So there might not be a paper trail because the warrants weren't legit to start with.

Yea, I think there's a difference between crying and laying in bed wallowing (she didn't actually cry). And no matter how bad-ass you are, sometimes you need to wallow.

I agree, well said. When Lito showed up for her, I initially thought it was because he needed her tough-love get over it response. But then the show revealed she also needed his lay down and wallow approach. I thought it was brilliant.

I'm torn about Hermione. On the one hand, I loved her as 'best parent' in the beginning and her relationship with Veronica. On the other hand, having to deal with terrible, complicated parents hopefully gives Ronnie some great storylines next season. Which would be awesome.

I was really concerned when she was trapped under the ice. I looove Betty and Veronica (and Mädchen Amick) but… Cheryl's my favorite character. Petsch plays her perfectly.

Yes! The Jughead+Alice voiceover was great and immediately made me excited for the rest of the episode.

I took the 'blonde Adonis' comment to be a compliment for Betty. V knows Betty's gorgeous and her brother probably is too.

Just wanted to say I love this show and this episode was so good. Between the this one and the last one, it was an excellent end to the season. I can't wait for next season: a little more B & V would be appreciated and keep up with everything with Cheryl, thanks. Also the reviews have been really great and I hope they

Haha, exactly. You are much more succinct than I :)

I don't know. Thea's story really added a lot I thought and I appreciated seeing Sara's and Diggle's responses as well (and Ray I guess). I feel like an Oliver-only version would be the obvious thing to do and this was different and interesting. And it didn't take away from Oliver's story much at all.

Oh yea, I have no criticisms about this episode.

I loved it as an episode of Arrow, and was not disappointed by the crossover aspects (and I'm super excited about all things crossover), but anyone watching only because of the crossover might be almost as disappointed as if they watched Supergirl only because of the crossover. As someone who watches all four shows

Well there's a big difference between the Supergirl episode (which I liked a lot) and this one (which is admittedly better): Kara's fantasy world only had people that we had never met. So while I think they (ie Benoist) did a decent job at making it believable that she would want to stay there, the audience is never
