I burned through This Book Is Full Of Spiders, the sequel to John Dies At The End pretty quick. Like its predecessor, it's hilarious and creepy in pretty equal measure, while also being a more functional long-form narrative.

The problem with Gibby is he started as just a one joke character: chubby kid who takes his shirt off. Then they tried to build a whole person out of that, and it didn't work.
