I read the exact same thing.

Borne Trilogy.  Taken as a complete story arch, it is the most evenly paced, intellgent, and emotionally satisfying action saga in cinema history.  Take a weekend and watch all 3 back-to-back.  It's so damn good.

It's just like stand-up, the best jokes are the ones built on a foundation of universal truth.  You could apply that same to description to some classic comedians like Carlin, Hicks, etc. who were definately more 'passionate exhortation' than cracking jokes.

Well he seems to have found a good home at Cracked.  I'm enjoying his new stuff there.  Wikipedia also says he is cooperating with AdultSwim on something.  That sounds like a pretty great gig to me.

Was anyone else surprised to find out Cracked is a genuinely funny online publication now?  Pargin (as D Wong) especially nails it.  I remember when Cracked was just a painfully unfunny Mad mag ripoff.
