Sure Theo could still be involved in his empire in prison. But he would be running it through intermediaries the same as he could be doing from outside the US. Also, then he wouldn't be in prison. There's no reason he would willingly subject himself to prison if he could get away before the warrants were written.

I remember Saturday afternoons being a great source of movies on tv. Most local affiliates would air some sort of action or adventure or comedy at 1 and another at 3.
