Oh hey, and here I was yakkin' about blenders up above.

I just started therapy a month ago (although I had been in it years earlier) and I'm kicking myself for not doing it earlier. I didn't know how to find a therapist but I managed to work up the courage to just call a few. It's their job to deal with people who are confused and upset, so you shouldn't worry about

You have to be pretty dedicated to cleaning everything as soon as you use it or else it gets crusty and attracts flies. But it's really easy to clean when it's fresh — everything's water-soluble.

My brother has figured out clever ways to use the leftover pulp in food. It's… okay. I prefer smoothies to juice anyway. Sure, you get a lot more concentrated vitamins or whatever in the juice, but you're discarding all the fiber, which is by far the most important part in terms of health.

Yep, that's what I do. I have a Vitamix and I put in an apple, an orange, and maybe other fruit if I have some on hand. Then I fill up most of the rest of it with greens and herbs, add a little bit of juice, toss in a bit of ice, and let 'er rip.

"If something is moving through your system, especially waste, why would you think, there wouldn't be buildup?"

Isn't that a prog band?

I've met a few of those people in their 30s. They are terrible to work with or be anywhere near.

That sounds good. I like the cauliflower idea — cauliflower is one of my favorite things to eat, but I'm frequently too lazy to cook it.

I usually don't put olives in puttanesca because, I dunno, the anchovies and capers more than fulfill the rich-salty requirements. I do put a LOT of those in there, though.

Puttanesca sauce is the best damn thing to make. I always have anchovies, capers, and canned tomatoes on hand just in case I need to make it.

I have memories of seeing one of the Batman movies when I was pretty tiny, but who knows whether those are real.

My doctor wants me to cut out as many simple carbohydrates as possible aside from fruit (because I'm enormously fat and have a family history of the betus), so I'm having to kind of reconstruct my diet. Last night I tried cutting up chicken thigh into thin strips and then 'breading' them with some grated parmesan,

I ran out of ginger ale the other day so I put grapefruit juice and a few shakes of angostura in my dark and stormy instead. It would have been better with a little bit of soda, but it was pretty great. I'm thinking of doing half and half with ginger ale now that I've stocked up again.

My hairs are belligerent and numerous, as usual.

Doesn't it just feel like trying a bit too hard?

None for me, thanks!

Yeah, but what kind of person goes out of their way to describe their political alignment when talking to some people they want to have casual sex with? And why would they use "compassionate conservative" when that was Bush's label?

"Compassionate conservative" was what George W. Bush billed himself as. Does that maybe explain why it's so toxic?

"compassionate" would seem to rule that out, wouldn't it?
