Isn't everything a documentary once you think about it? It documents what is in front of the camera, even if it is an animation, it documents the paint and such that went into its production.

There were a few really egregiously bad lines that shouldn't have made it past the first draft ("honest to blog?" really?) but the backlash has been overblown and is getting pretty fucking boring at this point to be honest.
