The best way to watch the movie…
is under the assumption that the mother has a never spoken of drinking problem. Seriously, the movie starts making a lot more sense.

This list is terrible
Missing:

I've seen Predator more times on Telemundo than I've seen any other film in English. I don't speak spanish.

They say 'shit' once or twice.

All I know is my heart says maybe.

Seriously, we're over thinking it. Allow me to over think why we are over thinking it.

@ Whiny Poindexter

What happens when you cross the beams?
I really want to know!

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your mind is about to be blown. Seriously, this is the strangest thing ever. It's like 6 minutes long, but stick with it.

Crystal Head Vodka
That's the celebrity created spirit of my choosing. I mean, it's distilled over diamonds for fucks sake.

Yeah, I agree. If you go back and watch the original, it feels like a big deal to go back in time. It felt dangerous. I don't like that it became almost casual to travel through time.

Terminator 1
For the record, that movie was Skynet trying to change the future, the humans were just trying to survive.

What an ignorant thing to say. End Apartheid!

I think a character like deadpool who invites you to enjoy his sociopathic antics, its important that he blatantly and literally reminds you its fiction. Sure, 4th wall stuff can be overdone, but it would feel missing if its not there at all.

Deadpool gags
One of the best gags in comics is that Deadpool talks directly to the reader. That's been done before, but what made it great was the other characters could hear him, and didn't know what he was talking about, and just chalked it up to him being crazy. Hope they carry that into the movie.

Team effort guys, Reagan, Rocky IV, the 1980 US Men's Olympic Hockey Team, and Red Dawn is too much for even the Soviet Union to withstand.

I didn't meant to say 'meh.' I genuinely enjoy the show. I'm saying I think it goes for a certain casual tone. You can't really do a light hearted breezy show about the son of Satan unless you don't take its mythology too seriously. I think its a choice of the shows creators, and its one I agree with. Not everything

The show is what it is.
I always feel like the AV Club reviews of this show based on what they wish it was. It's a fun diversion not meant to be taken too seriously. I kind of enjoy that the show doesn't have too much of a focus on over-arching mythology. It's a nice break from something unrelentingly self important

That episode of Ducktales
Where Donald gets possessed by the Egyptian pharaoh… that' scared the hell out of me.
