The New DC: No Fat Chicks

Surfbort

None of it means anything, almost everything is reset every week. Homer is always an average joe, not an former astronaut and grammy and oscar winning world traveler. Who can relate to that?

For all we know, this episode could have been written first.

This episode's ending implies it's Lisa flaking out on her new friends.

I liked the first half but overall it was a pretty downer episode. Maybe the most depressing Simpsons episode ever? Marge completely gives up hope for friends, and Lisa learns to use emotions for revenge.

SNL is a variety show, there's supposed to be singing and dancing. Plus, musical monologues have been common for thirty years, it's probably time to just accept them.

It's like using glue as milk in cereal commercials. Actual ugly people just don't look "right" in movies.

Trish didn't always vote with Tony. She doesn't have as much blood on her hands.

Woo reminds me of the entire Puka Puka tribe from Cook Islands.

It's more about smart moves than big moves. In the case of someone like Sophie, it was better just to keep her head down and let her allies run around making promises they can't keep.

Tasha would have been a perfect winner for Brawn/Brains/Beauty.

I don't know. I don't think you can repeatedly vote out allies and not lose some votes. The question is how many.

Don't pin too much hope on that acting career, Woo.

There's only so many stories you can tell about playing with Lego.

The zoom out to the universal box of Lego was similar to Time Bandit's zoom out to the map of the universe.

Just typical kid one-upping.

And the wooden duck in the stained glass.

Himself in a different color tie.

"Oh, they are plumbers in this one, they were doctors in the last one" is a good way to look at it. Each episode is its own little story, they may connect to other episodes, but they're not meant to add up into one single ongoing history.
