Brad Dourif talks about Exorcist III/Legion with such a broken heart. It was a beautiful movie trapped & damaged by the demands of a studio.

Eli Roth?

DOFP was better than most superhero movies.

I'll just continue to imagine they gave William Peter Blatty a TV show.

Now, much like the vengeful ghosts that you see walking through a spooky house in a first-person view, Allison Road has returned. According to IGN, creator Christian Kesler and his wife have founded a new independent production label and resumed work on Allison Road, with Kesler explaining that a lot of the core

Hello, is this the discussion thread for Burn Fancy magazine?

Their scores have kind of sucked. Man of Steel and nearly every one of the X-Men movies have had more memorable themes than all of the Marvel Studios movies, even if you put aside The Dark Knight or Batman Begins. Marvel Studios has made up for some of it with how they use pop tracks, though, which doesn't always work

Me vs. video games.

I dropped that Mega Man game to beat Hugo's House of Horrors. What kind of bullshit was that mummy, by the way. Not even a puzzle.

Well, first off, I think it's a little odd that you view my role here as some sort of superhero, and second, since you clearly don't even know as much as me, I'm thinking you may not have these people's best interests in mind either, but instead have a weird personal motive for anonymously defending guys like Metzger.

I see you aren't familiar with the concept of retaliation. It's a pretty big factor in how law enforcement interacts with people in the United States, I suggest you read up.

Can you think from step A to step B of that process? Wherein I go to the police, lose my friendship by betraying someone's trust, and then nothing happens because the person who was present won't come forward out of fear?

Have I told the police things that women I know won't confirm publicly for fear of tanking their careers?

Really, no woman I've met who's ever worked with Kurt Metzger lacks a story about Metzger throwing a tantrum and tossing around threats when a woman doesn't give him what he wants, professionally or otherwise.

Outside Schumer's writing room, Metzger's reputation is toxic in NYC among anyone who's been in stand-up or comedy writing for more than a year.

They read like she or her spokespeople making very careful claims that will allow them to quietly bring Metzger back onto the team when the show starts filming again. Pretty lame.

Metzger actually doesn't have a point to make, he's just a predator himself, and his rhetoric about false accusations is bitter anti-woman propaganda we've all heard before.

How will they ever manage to arrange weird expository dialogue around digital breasts without their leading light?

All this movie really had to do was kill every last person on the Squad by the movie's end and it would have been hailed as flawed but gutsy and a devastating commentary on superhero films. But that's not how you "build a franchise", etc.

Watch it! Shovel Knight is also 30% Ducktales!
