You aren't missing much, maybe give it a few decades. Marvel is actually losing readers with a few exceptions like Ta-Nehisi Coates' book. They might see a bump from the movie but it will all be returning readers who dropped their books recently.

Yeah right, when all the people who don't read comic books walk into a comic book store because of a comic book movie, which is a real thing that happens

Team Don't Try To Make Me Market For Disney

Disney did a good job with their schedule this year, I was just noticing that too. They had a lot of guaranteed all-ages winners but they spaced their releases well on top of that.

Hot peppers usually end up bothering my Basement too.

The two characters converged a while ago. DC wanted to give Aquaman some personality, so they made him into a surlier sort of undersea king. But to be fair, Marvel didn't invent the persona either; it's more of an adaptation of the myth of the notoriously fickle Poseidon/Neptune, which in turn had to do with how

Mine come from personal experience in the real world, so, probably the oddest universe we're either likely to find.

I don't get how anyone can see the action scenes in this show as well done. The show has its virtues (no matter what I think, I'm sure) but those scenes are not part of them. It's a bunch of quick-change-up contemporary TV editing that's neither smooth nor innovative. You see the same on the CW.

This is a good idea because it will make people with even half a brain quit video games and do something productive instead.

You've certainly gotten us started on that, haven't you?

Nice article, but what a headline. There was this act called Destiny's Child the editor might want to research.

Cool, cool. Hey, funny coincidence, I hope you get AIDS and die.

You do realize that in the case of North Carolina, you're talking about the Democrats who lost the state to the current government in 2012?

You ever wonder if jokes like that might be a little less funny to, say, black Southerners? Hispanic Southerners? Gay and lesbian Southerners? Since you're basically erasing them from history?
