I will verify that the strawberry lemon cake shake is wonderful.

I would sell my mother twice over to have a Portillos within driving distance (Tennessee).   Yes it is a zoo, inside and out, but I cannot recall when I have ever had food that wasn’t great or an overall good experience.  I’ve never seriously thought about being a franchisee, but if they are offered here, I may cash

Rashida Jones is another one. I was reading about Rashida Jones making all these changes to MSNBC, and I was like “what?” until I investigated and it’s a different person.

Anti-vax stances, Blue Lives Matter stickers.

Since I have drinks at home, whenever I order out I order the main burger or whatever by itself, then two large fries by themselves, which I will then put in the fridge to use for cheese fries later.

Smartass irony culture welcoming Fieri sincerely and acknowledging him as a genuine person has been one of the sweetest stories of the last few years. It does make me sad for Richard Simmons, though. I feel that he is due for a reappraisal as a righteous charitable individual who didn't deserve all those decades of

Yup. Two reasons for this.

And I was like, “Harry is STILL pining away for his parents he never met?”

For me, it depends on how separable the artists’ issues/faults are from their art.  Like, it seems impossible to separate Woody Allen from the dozens of movies he’s made about neurotic older men and the attractive younger women who fall for them, but tons of LGBTQ+ kids saw a message of acceptance in the HP books, so

I would describe the book as a combination of The Road (whatever caused civilization to collapse is far in the past, the actual era of things collapsing is skipped over) and Lost (lots of characters with lots of flashbacks), plus a weird goofy sense of humor (it’s specifically about a Shakespeare troupe making a

I ate a lot of quesadillas in my 20s for a reason. Still do (they’re delicious).

I wouldn’t say it’s off limits, it’s more about the fickle whims of what people want to watch.

I volunteer. I wanted her to die the minute I knew she killed the dog.

Some actors can handle playing terrible people, or good people.

‘Deadline says Hilarious Baldwin was filming the interaction and repeatedly not to give specific details...”. Are you still drunk from the office Halloween party?

James Caan is probably a cranky asshole himself and it’s not remotely hard to imagine that he’d fine a wacky comedian to be annoying.

At this point, there are millions of people who got the shot a year ago. I’m sure those people are now claiming that 2, 5 or 10 years down the road horrible things will be happening.

And then there are the Black Mennonites. No, they’re not of African descent, but black-hearted I guess is the reason they’re called that. Criminals to the core - smugglers of drugs and other contraband. There’s a movie in them, for sure.

Yes, him and like I said, Samantha Sloyan equally (for my money). Her character was thoroughly unlikable, which is why it’s a bit harder to appreciate her performance the same way you could with Hamish Linklater, who played someone charismatic whose intentions, at least, were good.
