If they only add a "…too" at the end of it, it would be so less easily misconstrued.

oh good, here's where we make sarcastic generalized statements about entire groups of people. I was worried I would have to dig into the comments to find it.

I like the way the AV Club slyly side-steps their "no political posts" policy by putting in a paper-thin rationale of "this pop-culture figure said something about this highly politicized incident"

except it's not

It is really easier to "loosely" kill someone with a bomb-robot that it is the "loosely" kill them with all the other weapons police have access to?

Nuclear weapons almost certainly prevented a hot war between the US and USSR from ever occurring. Not saying that proxy ways all over the globe were great, but compared to the Soviets rolling into Europe in the late 40's, the far better scenario.

why?

forget the cops, these are the same people that want to sue a teacher doesn't agree to give their little disruptive underperformer an "A" for effort.

Most people do this to groups they don't like. To a lot of liberals, the guy who shot up the abortion clinic in December "proved" the violence inherent in the pro-life movement.

exactly right. The violent crime rate in the 60's and 70's was far higher, but people weren't tweeting and reposting Facebook rants about it.

Seriously? all that tells me is that you lack imagination.

I think that "creatively" successful was what was implied, not "commercially"

Anyone else cynically tired of the mantra "Hate will not win"? Single acts of violent hatred will always flare up, and invalidate the last empty gestures of public prayers and candlelight vigil and earnest Facebook posts.

Nothing says rock-n-roll like endless punitive lawsuits

The revival season was way funnier than I expected it today.

Addendum - don't stick yo dick in crazy!

And the carefully crafted and manicured personas of most public figures are not "fictional"?

Trump/Lannister 2016

Who is Bryan Cranson?

That graphic makes no sense. How do they get the final number? They admit the biggest asset, the property, isn't owned by them , but "if it was" it would add X amount to their portfolio. Where do they get the income figures? I don't think we ever see any money exchange hands as a result of a ghostbusting
